Ingredients A:
Flour 225gr
Sugar 150 gr
Baking soda 1teaspoon
Baking powder a half teaspoon
Ingredients B:
Plain butter 125 gr
3 eggs
Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon
Plain milk 1/4 cup
Ingredients C:
Dark chocolate 200gr, melted
Dark chocolate 200gr, melted
How to make it:
1. Mix all ingredients A with mixer, low speed 'till blended.
2. Add ingredients with mixer, low speed 'till blended.
3. Mix ingredients C, medium speed 'till blended.
4. Prepare muffin pan with paper cup on it, pour 1 ice cream scoop of the dough, heat the oven with temperature 175 degrees celcius.
5. Bake for 20-30 minute.
6. Take the cupcakes and lift it until cooled and you can frost it with butter cream, jam and fruits.
